Description:
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through the service process to ensure their vehicle is running at peak performance.
Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with scheduling appointments for vehicle services

Consult with customers to determine their needs and recommend necessary services based on vehicle history and manufacturer recommendations

Prepare and present accurate service estimates to customers and communicate any additional recommendations or services needed

Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process, including providing updates on the status of their vehicle and any unexpected issues that arise

Coordinate with the service team to ensure all services are completed accurately and on time
